Generally no breast is equal with the other identically. There are slight inequalities between them most of the time. Sometimes this inequality may be so significant that it may disturb the people in their clothes.
In this situation, surgical interventions may be needed in order to equalize them. Sometimes only one breast or sometimes both of them need surgical intervention. The decision is made by evaluation of the breasts, the age of the person and his/her expectations.
